Hoya Carnosa 'Rope Plant' Variegated, Waxflower, Live Houseplant, Indoor Plant, Flowering Plant
Botanical Name: Hoya carnosa 'Compacta Variegata'
Common Name(s): Hindu rope hoya, Porcelain flower, Wax plant, Krinkle curl plant
Description: Hindu rope plants are draping succulent vines that produce clusters of star-shaped waxy flowers when given the proper conditions. The twisted, white variegated leaves show off when hanging down the sides of a pot.
Care: This succulent-like plant has thick, waxy leaves that make it low maintenance. Use a well-draining aroid potting mix and wait until the top two inches of soil are dry before watering. Give this plant plenty of bright indirect light but avoid harsh direct sunlight to prevent scorching the leaves. Use a plant food diluted to half the listed strength.
