What is the return policy?
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. There is no need to return your plant. Plants that arrived damaged or dead are always eligible for a refund or replacement at no cost.
If you are in a cold area and purchase the winter plant shipping protection, you are also entitled to a refund or free replacement if your plant arrives damaged by cold weather.
Simply reply to your delivery confirmation email within 14 days of delivery with photos of your product showing any damage to expedite the refund or replacement process. We will reply within 2-3 business days.
What happens if a dead plant shows up at my door?
We promise that every plant will come in good condition, rain or shine, or we'll send you a new one. Before sending out any plants, we make sure they are healthy and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, if the shipping company handles the package too roughly. When this happens, share pictures with us and we will work with you to make it right. Simply reply to your delivery confirmation email with the pictures and we will assist you within 2-3 business days.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our nurseries are in California and Florida for reference.
If you are in a cold area and purchase winter plant shipping protection, we may choose a faster shipping method such as priority mail to minimize the chance of cold weather damage.
Where are your plants grown?
We source our plants from two nurseries, one in San Marcos, California and one in Mount Dora, Florida. These two warm locations allow us to grow and maintain healthy houseplants year round.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on weight. Orders over $50 get free economy shipping except for orders over 100 pounds.

0.76 - 1.00 lb = $9.50 shipping
1.01 - 1.51 lb = $11.60 shipping
1.51 - 3.00 lb = $15.80 shipping
3.01 - 5.00 lb = $20.00 shipping
5.01 - 8.00 lb = $25.50 shipping
8.01 - 12.00 lb = $30.50 shipping
12.01 - 16.00 lb = $36.80 shipping
